- Step3: Download and fill DL-180 form applying for Learner’s Permit.
- Step4: List out the Supporting documents which proves your full legal name, Social Security Number, your Identity and your Pennsylvania residency.
- Step5: Visit your nearest Driver License Center applying for the learner permit along with the DL-180 filled application form, required supporting documents and the prescribed fees.
- Step4: Pay the fees, (fees can be paid by cheque or money order cash will not be accepted) and appear for the eye screening Test and Pennsylvania Knowledge Test.
- Step5: After the Successful completion of Pennsylvania Written Knowledge Test, you will be issued your Pennsylvania initial Learner’s Permit.
