- Visit your nearest New Jersey Motor Vehicle Agency, along with the prescribed fees and the required supporting documents applying for New Jersey Learner’s Permit.
- Take an application form from the concerned authority applying for New Jersey Learner’s Permit.
- Fill the complete application form; pay the fees for giving your thumbprint and photo.
- Submit the completely filled application form along with the supporting documents to the authorized person.
- After the verification of your application form, you will be allowed for writing the New Jersey Written Knowledge Test or Sign Test and Vision Test.
- After Passing the New Jersey Written Test or Sign Test & Vision Test, you will earn your NJ Learner’s Permit.
